Armenian Government Remains Silent on Transfer of Russian Plane from Baku

The Armenian government has not commented on who transferred the Russian plane from Baku to the Republic of Armenia yesterday. According to the newspaper "Hraparak," the plane did not arrive empty; a Turkish-Azerbaijani delegation accompanied Russian peacekeepers commander Rustam Muradov to Armenia.

Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan's spokesperson, Mane Gevorgyan, did not respond to phone calls. The spokesperson for Deputy Prime Minister Tigran Avinyan, Nzhdeh Hovsepyan, told Aysor.am that regarding the return of prisoners, they have announced that the return has been delayed because the adversary is not fulfilling the eighth point of the trilateral statement from November 9.

As for the Turkish-Azerbaijani delegation, Avinyan's spokesperson stated they cannot provide comments on that matter. "We are not the addressees," said Hovsepyan.

It should be noted that yesterday, many relatives of prisoners waited at the "Erebuni" airport for the return of their sons, which, however, did not happen. Following this, the parents announced that they would join the protest in front of the Ministry of Defense, where the parents of missing servicemen spent the entire night blocking the ministry's entrances. As of now, no one from the Ministry of Defense has approached the parents.
