On April 7, at 20:16, the National Crisis Management Center received a report regarding a road traffic accident on Monte Melkonyan Street in Yerevan, with injuries reported.

A firefighting unit from the Rescue Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations was dispatched to the scene. It was determined that a Toyota Camry vehicle (driver: M. H., born in 2005) had veered off the road, collided with an electrical pole and a tree, and then overturned.

Before the rescuers arrived, the driver and passengers (R. R., born in 2005; A. T., born in 2005; H. G., born in 2006; E. O., born in 2007; G. D., born in 2007) were removed from the vehicle by local residents. The rescuers disconnected the vehicle’s power, closed the gas cylinder valve, and assisted the injured individuals to the ambulance; they were later hospitalized at Astghik Medical Center and subsequently transferred to the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin Hospital.

A. T., H. G., E. O., and G. D. received appropriate medical care and were discharged, while the health conditions of M. H. and R. R. were assessed as satisfactory.
