Court Returns Hayk Chobanyan's Lawsuit Against Hrant Bagratyan

The Tavush Regional Court of General Jurisdiction has returned the lawsuit filed by former Tavush Governor and Minister of High-Tech Industry Hayk Chobanyan against former Prime Minister Hrant Bagratyan. This information was reported by ‘Armenpress’ from the Judicial Information System ‘Datalex’. The decision can be appealed to the Court of Cassation within seven days after being received.

Hayk Chobanyan had filed a lawsuit demanding that Hrant Bagratyan be obligated to publicly apologize and pay 1 AMD as compensation for damage to his honor and dignity.
