Central Bank to Inject Dollars into the Market: Babken Tunyan

The Central Bank will inject dollars into the market. This was stated by Babken Tunyan, a member of the 'My Step' parliamentary faction, on his Facebook page.

Specifically, he mentioned: 'The Central Bank of Armenia has announced that in order to ensure the normal functioning of the financial markets in Armenia, it will carry out operations in the foreign exchange market. This means that the Central Bank will sell foreign currency (dollars). As noted by the Central Bank's public relations service, the Central Bank of Armenia continues to monitor the financial markets and will apply all available tools in its toolkit to ensure price and financial stability if necessary.'
