590 New Coronavirus Cases Confirmed in Armenia

As of April 4, 590 new cases of coronavirus infection have been confirmed in Armenia, bringing the total number of infected individuals to 196,634.

According to the National Center for Disease Control and Prevention of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Armenia, 17 citizens died from coronavirus in one day, increasing the death toll to 3,592.

Additionally, there were 3 cases of patients infected with coronavirus who died from other illnesses in the same period, raising the total number of such cases to 921 as of April 4. In total, 20 people died in one day, and the overall number of deaths reached 4,513.

In one day, 608 individuals recovered from the virus, with the total number of recoveries now at 176,009. The number of currently treated patients is 16,112, which decreased by 38 over the course of one day.

A total of 3,587 tests were conducted in one day, and the overall number of tests conducted to date stands at 873,239.
