Yuri Khachaturov and Seyran Ohanyan Leave Courtroom with Their Defenders

The legal team of Robert Kocharian reports that Yuri Khachaturov, Seyran Ohanyan, and their defenders, Mihran Poghosyan and Karen Mejlumyan, did not appear in the courtroom after the break.

According to Robert Kocharian's lawyer, Haik Alumyank, the attorneys did not show up because they believe that their clients are facing illegal prosecution.

It is worth noting that on March 26, the Constitutional Court declared Article 300.1 of the Criminal Code invalid and unconstitutional, stating that it contradicts Articles 78 and 79 of the Constitution.

The court has announced another break until the defenders appear in court.
