Minister of Defense Vagharshak Harutyunyan responded to reporters' questions by stating, "Today is not the occasion to speak about regional tensions." His remarks came after he paid tribute to the victims of the April War at the Yerablur military pantheon.

In response to inquiries regarding the reforms in the Armed Forces, he noted that such questions are not addressed on the spot and promised to provide answers to all questions in the near future.
