Capitol Locked Down Due to Security Threat; 2 Officers Injured

The entrance and exit of the U.S. Capitol have been locked down due to a security threat, reports Reuters citing eyewitnesses.

Other sources indicate that an unknown individual drove a vehicle into a group of police officers near a checkpoint at the Capitol. Two officers have been injured as a result.
