Azerbaijan's Army Sappers Undergo Training in Turkey

The explosives and bomb disposal teams of the Turkish Armed Forces continue to conduct training sessions with the sapper units of the Azerbaijani army, reports Ermenihaber.am.

The duration of the training courses being held in Izmir by Turkish specialists is set for 8 weeks. It has been noted that the training utilizes the latest robotic systems and detectors equipped with modern and high-quality technology in this field. Dogs that search for mines are also participating in the exercises.

In addition to the sappers of the Azerbaijani army, sapper units from the armies of Libya, Somalia, and Afghanistan are also attending the training.
