Azerbaijani Expert Questions Russian Flag's Appearance at Armenian Armed Forces Headquarters

Azerbaijani expert Angela Elibegova made a post on her Facebook page regarding the meeting between the Chief of the General Staff of the Armenian Armed Forces, Lieutenant General Artak Davtyan, and the commander of the Russian peacekeeping contingent deployed for the monitoring of the ceasefire regime in Nagorno-Karabakh, Lieutenant General Muradov.

"Either they don't know what the Russian flag looks like at the General Staff, or the protocol officer is drunk, but this flag is not the Russian one," she said.
