I boldly say Karvachar is ours, let them think a bit before speaking: Sasun Mikayelyan

Member of the ruling ‘My Step’ faction in the National Assembly, Hovik Aghazaryan, has stated that in his opinion, Karvachar is not Armenian and never was. “Is there anyone in Armenia bold enough to tell the whole world that Kelbajar has been ours? The whole world says, ‘Kelbajar is not yours, my friend, return it quickly, and you should have returned it wisely sooner or later’,” he said.
