Armenia National Football Team Defeats Iceland 2-0

Yesterday, the Armenia national football team achieved a 2-0 victory over Iceland in Yerevan as part of the 2022 World Cup qualifying round.

The first half ended in a draw. At the start of the second half, the Armenia team capitalized on their opportunity with a precise shot by Tigran Barseghyan in the 53rd minute.

Subsequently, Khoren Bayramyan doubled the lead. As a result, the Armenia team won with a score of 2-0.

The Armenia national team will again play in Yerevan against Romania in the third round.
