Today, on March 23, the National Assembly started its regular session. The agenda included the draft law on lifting the state of war presented by the LHK and BHK.
“I set aside that pathos, but without the repeal of the state of war, we cannot begin the process of dissolving the National Assembly,” declared BHK faction member Naira Zohrabyan.
