“MARCH 23 IS WORLD METEOROLOGY DAY. I congratulate all my colleagues on this professional holiday, wishing them good health and new successes in their work. May natural disasters bypass our country, and may our forecasts only pertain to favorable meteorological phenomena. And even if there are adverse forecasts, may they not come true.”
