I Am Not Rambo, Rambo Is Rubo Who Walks Around with 20-30 Thugs: Sasun Mikayelyan

The chairman of the Yekm (Union of Volunteers) and My Step faction member Sasun Mikayelyan discussed the interview of former Armenian Football Federation president Ruben Hayrapetyan today on the Factor show, during which Hayrapetyan also commented on Mikayelyan.

“You have turned Sasun Mikayelyan into Rambo; he is still Sasun, a village boy who has not yet learned to speak proper Armenian and was living normally until now, and now they brought him... he is the next traitor again. You have eaten the heads of so many children. How did you choose the chairman of Yekm when he says that the revolution was more important than the Artsakh movement?” Hayrapetyan said.

Mikayelyan responded, saying, “As for who has eaten the heads of children, it concerns them too. I have been next to the children since the first war until now. I was severely wounded in both the first and second wars, and I am already tired of being told 'Sasun Mikayelyan said this is more important.' No, people. It was a mistake; I said the revolution is no less important than the victory in war. The situation in the country was such that it had been stolen, looted, and nothing remained, and that is why I said it.

Returning to what Rubo said, I am a village boy; everyone knows that. I am not Rambo; I have fought against the Turks and have been a commander. They are the Rambo who walks around with 20-30 thugs, grabbing people, beating them, and turning them into handicapped. Everyone knows what Rubo has done,” Mikayelyan stated during the broadcast.
