The Ministry of Emergency Situations reports that there are closed and difficult-to-navigate roads in the territory of Armenia. The roads from the 'Amberd' high-altitude meteorological station in Aragatsotn Province to the Amberd Fortress and to the Karkar Lake are closed, as well as the Berd-Jambarak road. The Vardenyats Pass is closed for trucks, and difficult to navigate for other vehicles. The twists in Spitak, Lori Province, are difficult to navigate.

In the regions of Talin, Aparan, Aragats in Aragatsotn Province, and in the Sisian-Zanger section of Syunik Province, there is spotty black ice. Snow is present in Aparan region of Aragatsotn Province, in the city of Gyumri in Shirak, in the region of Amasia, and in the cities of Hrazdan, Charentsavan, and Tsaghkadzor in Kotayk Province.

Regarding Lars, according to information from the Georgian Ministry of Internal Affairs' Emergency Situations Department and the Crisis Management Center of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation in North Ossetia, the Stepantsminda-Lars road is closed for trucks. There are approximately 470 trucks accumulated on the Russian side. Drivers are advised to travel exclusively with winter tires.
