Knowing the Administrative Court's Decision, Pashinyan Lost Self-Control: Hraparak
Yesterday evening, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan was informed about the interim decision of the Administrative Court regarding Onik Gasparyan. This was reported by Hraparak.am, citing sources close to Pashinyan.
The discussion revolves around the application of interim measures concerning the lawsuit, which states that Onik Gasparyan will continue to hold the position of Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces until the court makes a final decision.
This news has outraged Pashinyan to the point where he lost self-control. He sat in the service vehicle and ordered it to drive. Around 1:30 am, the vehicles of the Prime Minister and his accompanying security detail began to circle around Mashtots Avenue, going up and then down.
A source from the site noted that they do not know the condition of the Prime Minister, and he was likely under the influence of alcohol, nor do they know where he wanted to go. They only speculate that he might have wanted to go somewhere, while the companions were trying to convince him not to do so. This was the reason why the Prime Minister's convoy was turning around Mashtots, up and down.
