Gyumri-based scout-sniper, junior sergeant Andranik Poghosyan has written about what happened with the soldiers at the 126th outpost in Kapan before the release of the second video address.

"I know very well what happened at that combat position. Until this 'General Brother' went there, these guys had been thoroughly frightened, they were told, 'Now a person is coming, if you don't speak the way we want, it will be bad for you.' These guys, realizing that they could very well become prisoners of war at any moment, decided to put on a show. They also handed over a radio to these idiots, brought a couple of things to the post and staged this theater.
