Political Analyst: Without Evaluating the Events of 2018, We Won't Find Solutions to the Current Situation
Without evaluating what happened in 2018, we will not find solutions to the current situation, even if this government resigns. This was stated by political analyst Stepan Danielyan on his Facebook page.
“Until we assess what happened in 2018, we will not find ways out of the current situation, even if this government resigns. What has happened here is similar to events occurring in many countries around the world, and it is a managed process. The stability of any society is based on the middle class and conservative values. If you destroy those values, you effectively dismantle the middle class, create a value chaos, and relying on a mob guided by the lowest instincts, that society becomes subject to an implemented authority.”
“Since 2018, all the pillars of our society have been subjected to targeted attacks. In America, the struggle is between conservative, classical America and the managed masses of the street. In Britain, the core of the country’s conservatism, the monarchy, is currently under attack. The cornerstones of the middle class are family, church, patriotism, and the myths of the past. These need to be annihilated. This is what has happened here since 2018. One by one, all the ideas of the conservative layer have come under fire - Artsakh, the Genocide, the Church, family... It is not coincidental that the figures gathered at the recent rally organized by the current government have shocked us. These are the same figures we see in America’s BLM movement gatherings, in Syria, Iraq, and among the mobs toppling statues in London... They are the ones who reject both the past and the present, without roots and ideals.”
“This does not mean that our church, middle class, or former government were impeccable phenomena; on the contrary, they too bear significant guilt for what has transpired. However, they should not have been shattered, but rather transformed.”
