Protesters Fail to Block the Route as They Boo Nikol Pashinyan
The participants of the action organized by the Homeland Salvation Movement were unable to block the route of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, who was heading to a meeting with President Armen Sarkissian. However, when the Prime Minister's motorcade passed through that section, those gathered on Baghramyan Avenue booed and chanted, 'Shame, shame.'
It is noteworthy that prior to Pashinyan's arrival, police forces had blocked the protesters' path at the intersection of Baghramyan, Demirchyan, and Silva Kaputikyan streets, preventing the participants of the protest from crossing the intersection and reaching the presidential residence.
During this time, Pashinyan's motorcade entered Baghramyan Avenue from Proshyan Street and then proceeded to Silva Kaputikyan Street toward the back entrance of the presidential residence.
