VIDEO: Spitak Passes Impassable

The Armenian Police inform: 'Dear drivers, we warn you that there are snowfalls throughout almost the entire territory of the republic. Due to heavy snowfall, the Spitak passes are impassable. We urge drivers to travel through this area only if necessary and exclusively with winter tires, strictly adhering to road safety rules.'
