Hayk Marutyan Grants Permission for Multisector Complex Design on Teryan Street

The construction of a multifunctional complex with heights ranging from 8 to 18 floors is planned at the end of Teryan Street in Yerevan.

According to the data obtained by ‘Hetq’ from the list of design permits provided by the city hall, Yerevan Mayor Hayk Marutyan granted an architectural design task (design permit) to ‘Renshin’ LLC on December 25, 2020. This decision already establishes, based on the developer's proposal and the mayor's decision, the number of buildings, permissible height, number of floors, construction density, and other conditions.

According to the decision, the company will prepare an elaborate project of the buildings and submit it to the city hall. After that, the project will be coordinated, and the mayor will either grant the construction permit or not.

While these processes are being carried out, today, sketches of the high-rise complexes have been disseminated on social media platform Facebook. On a page titled ‘Development and Investment Projects’, which regularly shares information about developments in Yerevan, it is noted:

“The ‘Renshin’ company will construct a multifunctional residential complex at 107 Teryan Street. The complex will consist of 4 separate buildings (ranging from 8 to 18 floors). On the southern side of the complex, in buildings A and D, the height will start from 8 floors, gradually reaching 18 floors on the northern side in buildings B and G following a cascading principle. After the completion of construction works, the area will be landscaped and improved.”

According to the same source, construction work is expected to be completed in 2024.
