Approximately 2,500 Citizens Have Applied to the Russian Peacekeepers' Humanitarian Center Regarding Missing Persons

As a result of the conflict in Nagorno-Karabakh, approximately 2,500 citizens have approached the humanitarian response reception center of the Russian peacekeeping forces regarding missing persons, including 600 through the hotline established for this purpose.

According to reports from the Russian Ministry of Defense, the humanitarian response reception center of the Russian peacekeeping forces continues to operate. In addition to accepting citizens, a hotline is also active for gathering information on missing persons.

The search operations for the missing individuals are organized by Russian peacekeeping military personnel in cooperation with representatives from the International Committee of the Red Cross and both Armenian and Azerbaijani sides. All reports are registered, included in a database, and then forwarded to joint search groups.
