I Respect Both Mr. Pashinyan and Mr. Tsarukyan, But I Am Khachatur Sukiasyan, I Have My Own Opinion: Sukiasyan

Businessman Khachatur Sukiasyan also attended Nikol Pashinyan's rally. Police formed a barrier to allow Nikol Pashinyan to exit the government building, and the businessman was present in that area.

When asked how many people were secured for the rally, Sukiasyan stated that it is necessary to forget all previous “styles” and move on to new ones. “In the past, people were coerced; during these last three years, people are guided by their consciousness,” said Khachatur Sukiasyan.

In response to the question whether the employees of Sil Concern came to the rally voluntarily, he said he is not aware of who from the concern attended the rally. “I know that there are people with progressive thinking working at Sil Concern.”

When a journalist asked why he was not standing next to Gagik Tsarukyan while his relative was also rallying on Baghramyan Avenue, Sukiasyan noted that he is not standing beside anyone. “I have my own opinion, program, and vision for how Armenia should develop. I respect all my relatives, both Mr. Pashinyan and Mr. Tsarukyan, but I am Khachatur Sukiasyan, and I have my own thoughts.”

It should be noted that during Nikol Pashinyan's first rally, there were claims that employees from one of Sukiasyan's malls were coerced to participate in the rally.
