Hakobyan noted that Vanetsyan has personal connections and human relations with people in Russia and other countries, but not in Azerbaijan, which could be beneficial in this matter.

'If Vanetsyan has those connections, let him use them immediately to bring back the prisoners. We would only be happy about that. In general, if there is anyone who has such an opportunity, we would be glad for that individual to utilize their capabilities and bring our compatriots back as soon as possible,' said Hakobyan.
