Explosion in Nizhny Novgorod

An explosion has occurred near the entrance of the Nizhny Novgorod metro. This has been reported by 'Rambler'. The explosion took place in the basement of a nine-story building on Meshcheri Boulevard. This has been confirmed by the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

According to eyewitness accounts, the shockwave from the explosion damaged parked vehicles nearby. There are two injured individuals, and a woman in one of the residential building's floors is unable to exit on her own.
