We Welcome the Statement of the RA Armed Forces General Staff: Statement of Three Political Forces of Artsakh

We welcome the statement of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia demanding the resignation of Nikol Pashinyan and his government. This was announced by three political forces of Artsakh: the Central Committee of the Armenian Revolutionary Federation (ARF), the Justice Party of Artsakh, and the Democratic Party of Artsakh.

The statement also mentions: “With this announcement, the Armenian Army once again confirmed its willingness to protect the foundations of statehood in this difficult situation for the country. We are all concerned about the events unfolding in the Republic of Armenia following the Army's demands and we demand that Nikol Pashinyan’s administration refrain from adventurism and accept the demand of the Army and the people.”

“In this situation, we call on our sisters and brothers in the Republic of Armenia, concerned citizens who care about the fate of the state, to reject the provocations of the treacherous government aimed at inciting civil clashes and to stand alongside the Armenian Army and the movement for the salvation of the Homeland. The future of Artsakh, our Motherland, and all Armenians is at stake, and only in an atmosphere of new authorities and national cohesion can we achieve a resolution to the crisis.”
