National Security Service Urges Citizens to Avoid Actions Threatening National Security

The National Security Service of Armenia has issued a statement urging citizens to refrain from provocative actions and to maintain law and order.

“In the current situation, the National Security Service urges to abstain from actions that threaten national security and warns that any illegal actions will attract a corresponding response from law enforcement agencies. We call on our citizens not to engage in provocative activities, to uphold law and order, and to remain vigilant. The state governance bodies of Armenia are fully exercising their functions.

The National Security Service warns that such potential actions could threaten the security of the Republic of Armenia, and any such step can be perceived as a direct attempt to undermine the state. The National Security Service, within the scope of its authority, continues to take necessary measures emerging from the situation to ensure and protect the sovereignty and security, as well as the territorial integrity of the Republic of Armenia,” reads the statement from the NSS.
