Why is the government opposed to the establishment of a parity fact-finding commission? Marukyan on Pashinyan's interview

How much longer will we be searching for the truth? This was posted on Facebook by Edmond Marukyan, the leader of the Bright Armenia faction.

He specifically noted: “During the interview broadcast last night, Nikol Pashinyan stated, ‘We must understand the deep origins of the defeat. (...) If this is a defeat that originated over two years or two months, let’s record and prove it.’

In the same interview, Pashinyan mentioned, ‘Why didn’t the fired Iskander explode? Or did it explode only 10%?’ In response to a question from the interviewer Nver Mnatsakanyan about this, he said, ‘I don’t know.’

A question arises: why is the government opposed to the establishment of a parity fact-finding commission if it itself questions many important issues at the highest levels, including the issue of armaments?

Representatives of the current and former government, active and former representatives in the defense and security sectors, field commanders, and others will continue to give interviews regarding the war, or will they finally understand the importance of establishing a parity fact-finding commission and demonstrate the political will to create it and answer the questions that concern everyone?” Marukyan wrote on his Facebook page.
