Who Benefits from Escalating the Situation Between Armenia and Russia in This Critical Moment? Arman Abovyan

The events surrounding Prime Minister Pashinyan's statement about whether the "Iskanders" exploded or did not explode indicate that amateurism is placing our relations with Russia, our closest and most important ally, under severe strain.

Did Pashinyan, as (at least de jure) the supreme commander of the country, have the right to make such a statement? No. Does his associate, the head of the National Assembly’s Defense and Security Committee, Andranik Kocharyan, have the right to question the weapons supplied to us by our ally? No.

Who benefits from disgracefully escalating the situation between us and Russia during this critical moment? I can only say that the deterioration of our relations with Russia is beneficial only to the Turks and generally our enemies.
