We have not had issues with Iskander; I find that person's statement incomprehensible because no one from our side can know how many percent exploded, that can only be calculated by the adversary. I know that they fired at the adversary.

This was stated by the former head of the military inspection service of the Armenian Ministry of Defense, Movses Hakobyan, in an interview with Gala, commenting on Nikol Pashinyan's statements regarding the operational capability of Iskander.

“It is difficult to comment on the words of a person who has no idea about the army, military reforms, and does not understand what defense reform means at all,” said Movses Hakobyan.
