President, Muradov and Avagyan to Meet to Discuss Prisoners and Borders Issues
According to 24News, a meeting will soon take place at the presidential office involving Armenian President Armen Sarkissian, the commander of the Russian peacekeeping forces in Artsakh, Rustam Muradov, and Boris Avagyan, the special representative of the President of Artsakh. The discussion will focus on matters concerning Armenian prisoners of war and the demarcation of the Armenian-Azerbaijani border.
