Of Course, I Don't Regret It: Andranik Kocharyan

Government MP Andranik Kocharyan spoke about his recent controversial statement, "The state has the right to shoot," during an interview on Public Television today, which received significant public response. In response to interviewer Petros Ghazaryan's question, "Do you regret that statement?" Kocharyan answered, "Of course not. I clarified my position on this matter today as well."

According to Kocharyan, his words have been manipulated and distorted. During the broadcast, he read his statement, asking, "What is there to misunderstand here?"
