Immediate Armament of Border Residents: Sasun Barseghyan

Former head of the Askeran district administration, Sasun Barseghyan, writes on his Facebook page:

“URGENCY… In connection with the onset of spring (in the language of the people, the time to awaken consciousness)… To prevent possible attempts of enemy infiltration, escalations, clashes, and abductions, and to ensure the safety of citizens and inner self-confidence, let us follow the intentions of the Armenian authorities (probably the only correct step in the last 5 months) and change the relevant provisions of the Republic of Artsakh's law on weapons and IMMEDIATELY ARM the border residents. This means all the residents of Artsakh.
