Alexander (Sashik) Sargsyan Attends Opposition Protest March

The brother of Armenia's third president Serzh Sargsyan and former MP Alexander (Sashik) Sargsyan participated in the opposition protest march. In response to a question from Sputnik Armenia about why he came to the rally, the former MP said, "For the resignation of the Buket;" he then added, "For the resignation of the incompetent government."

Commenting on the statement made by My Step MP Andranik Kocharyan about shooting civilians in the event of seizing state buildings, Alexander Sargsyan noted that he expects everything from this government. "Because they did not shoot the Turks, they might shoot Armenians," he said.

Referring to the criminal cases filed against his family members, Alexander Sargsyan revealed that there have been no developments or news in those cases.
