25 Citizens Detained Near Government's 3rd Building During Protest

25 citizens participating in a protest near the Government's 3rd building have been detained by the police, as reported by the police's press service to Aysor.am. These individuals were detained for violating Article 182 of the Administrative Offenses Code of the Republic of Armenia, which pertains to non-compliance with a lawful demand by a police officer.

It is noted that the "Movement for the Salvation of the Homeland" is conducting a protest near the statue of Aram Manukyan to obstruct Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan's movements.

The situation remains tense near the Government's 3rd building. Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan arrived at the government building amidst shouts of "Turk, traitor" from a crowd, protected by numerous security personnel and police. After his arrival, the tense situation continued, with police using force to detain citizens participating in the protest.
