Start of the Civil Disobedience March for the Salvation of the Homeland

The march for the Salvation of the Homeland movement commenced from Vahagn Davtyan Park in the Arabkir administrative district. This march will proceed along Hrachya Kocharyan Street, through Baghramyan Avenue, and will conclude at France Square, where a civil disobedience action will take place.

Before the opposition's march, the authorities concentrated police forces in the area using buses. Representatives of the Salvation of the Homeland movement announced a new phase of struggle during the large rally held on February 20. “Protests, civil disobedience actions, and car rallies will begin throughout the republic, and thanks to persistent struggle, the incompetent and treasonous government will eventually withdraw,” they stated.
