Bitcoin's Latest Record

Bitcoin has recorded yet another record figure. According to РИА Новости, the digital currency was valued at over $57,000 during an auction held on February 20.

According to data from the Binance exchange, the exchange rate of Bitcoin has increased by 8.11 percent, reaching $56,910. At the same time, the CoinMarketCap portal reports that, based on average calculations from more than 20 exchanges, the digital currency has risen by 8.07 percent, reaching $56,960.

The sharp rise in the digital currency was noted in December when Bitcoin's exchange rate exceeded $20,000. Since then, it has been gradually increasing, particularly in light of news about investments from several high-profile individuals. Among them are Tesla founder Elon Musk, Twitter founder Jack Dorsey, and rapper Jay-Z.
