Spokesperson of the Artsakh President Comments on Mikayel Minasian's Statement

There are no plans for any such meeting on Arayik Harutyunyan's agenda. This was stated by Lusine Avanesyan, spokesperson for the President of Artsakh, in an interview with ArmDaily.am, regarding the statement made by former Armenian Ambassador to the Vatican Mikayel Minasian. Minasian claimed that a secret meeting was planned in the coming days involving Director of the National Security Service of Armenia Armen Abazyan, Arayik Harutyunyan, Rustam Muradov, and the head of Azerbaijan's State Security Service Ali Nagiyev, not far from Mataghis.

Minasian wrote that they intend to discuss “infrastructure issues,” but, in reality, they will address “steps to integrate the remnants of Artsakh into Azerbaijan.”
