It Will Be Heated in the National Assembly: 'Zhoghovurd'

'Zhoghovurd' newspaper reports that on February 23, Armenia's Foreign Minister Ara Aivazyan will be coming to the National Assembly. According to our information, he will meet with the members of the Permanent Commission on Regional and Eurasian Integration that day. We have learned that the subject of discussion will be the current challenges of regional and Eurasian integration in post-war Armenia.

Additionally, the National Assembly will begin the permanent commission meetings next week, as the next session will start on March 2. It is noteworthy that on February 24, the Permanent Commission on Defense and Security will discuss a draft law amending the Law of the Republic of Armenia on compensation for damage to the life or health of servicemen during the defense of the Republic of Armenia, authored by the MP Gevorg Papoyan from the 'My Step' faction. This draft proposes to amend the amount of funds allocated to the Servicemen Insurance Fund.

Meanwhile, the Permanent Commission on Legal Affairs will discuss constitutional laws, including the second reading of the law on the establishment of an Anti-Corruption Committee and the Judicial Code. Overall, the upcoming parliamentary session is expected to be intense.
