Cavushoglu to Meet Aliyev in Baku

Turkey's Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu will make an official visit to Baku on February 18-19 to participate in the 9th meeting of the Turkey-Azerbaijan-Georgia Foreign Ministers in a trilateral format. This was announced by the Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, according to ermenihaber.

The statement mentioned that Çavuşoğlu will first meet with Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov, after which he will be received by Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev.

Following the trilateral meeting, Çavuşoğlu is also scheduled to have a bilateral meeting with the Vice Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of Georgia. During these bilateral and trilateral meetings, the relations between the two countries and the latest regional developments will be discussed, as well as the steps that can be taken to develop cooperation at the level of strategic partnership.
