Video: No One Will Be Pardoned, Arayik Harutyunyan
The President of the Republic of Artsakh, Arayik Harutyunyan, held an expanded working consultation on February 16, dedicated to ensuring the improved working conditions of several healthcare institutions.
The first topic discussed was the operation of the new building of the Mother and Child Health Care Center in Stepanakert and the work to be undertaken in this direction. Minister of Urban Development Aram Sargsyan provided a report on the full scope of construction work and the possible timelines for their completion. The president instructed to commence these activities in a short time frame while also directing the Minister of Health to simultaneously address issues related to procurement of equipment.
The next topic discussed during the consultation concerned the Caroline Cox Rehabilitation Center. According to Arayik Harutyunyan, the promise made before the war to construct a new and modern rehabilitation center stemmed from the need to improve existing conditions, but today it has become a necessity of the times. Questions regarding the site selection and the rapid implementation of design work were addressed.
Additionally, various issues related to the progress of in vitro fertilization programs and the development of the healthcare sector were discussed during the meeting.
