Severe Blizzard from Dzovakugh to Dilijan Tunnel
The Road Department of the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure of Armenia reports that the Dilijan serpentine is closed to vehicles with trailers due to heavy snowfall, while other vehicles can only pass with great difficulty. A severe blizzard conditions are reported from Dzovakugh to the Dilijan tunnel.
