People Halt Pashinyan's Motorcade Four Times Returning to Yerevan from Gyumri, Says Nairi Sargsyan

The Assistant to the Prime Minister of Armenia, Nairi Sargsyan, posted on his Facebook page a photo along with a message indicating that during a regional visit, the Prime Minister's motorcade was stopped several times by the public.

“On the way back from Gyumri to Yerevan, the people stopped the motorcade three times to express their support for the Prime Minister. The main message was to remove the velvet. Update: 4th stop in Ujan,” Sargsyan wrote.

The Prime Minister's spokesperson, Mane Gevorgyan, also made a post on her Facebook page with accompanying photographs. “On the Gyumri-Yerevan road, citizens halted the Prime Minister's motorcade in Mastara, Ashnak, Nerk’in Bazmaberd, and Ujan, showing their support for the head of the government,” she noted.

It is worth mentioning that Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan was on a working visit to the Shirak region. In Gyumri, he held a consultation and met with the families of the detained.
