11 Million Dollars Disappeared from the Armenian Fund: DEJAVU

During the war, when the global Armenian community was transferring funds to the Armenian foundation, it later became clear that these funds were spent ineffectively. In other words, the money was collected and supposedly lent to the government for expenses related to the war. This was reported by the DEJAVU Telegram channel.

“It turns out that during those days, there were individuals who also sought to profit from the war. Yesterday, Serzh Sargsyan mentioned in his interview that purchases were made not by the Ministry of Defense, but directly by the government, and several times at inflated prices, specifically for bulletproof vests. Many bulletproof vests were purchased at significantly higher prices.

According to DEJAVU, during the war, these transactions were coordinated by four individuals: MP Hayk Sargsyan, known as 'The Bottle Holder', government advisor Eduard Aghajanyan, also referred to as 'DJ Edo', Andranik Kocharyan, and Minister Hakob Arshakyan. These four figures allegedly initiated the purchasing process for wartime needs using funds received from the Armenian Foundation, bypassing the Ministry of Defense, with the aim of making as much money as possible.

In addition to the inflated purchases of bulletproof vests, there is another story involving the organization of 11 million dollars, which were supposedly cashed, but as of today, neither the goods have been delivered nor is the money accounted for. These murky stories will definitely be investigated after a change of power, and we will soon publish more details about the lost 11 million dollars and the overpriced bulletproof vests,” the channel writes.
