Yerevan Appoints New Gai Head

Today, on February 16, the Chief of Police of Armenia, Colonel Vahe Ghazaryan, has signed several orders.

According to shamshyan.com, based on Vahe Ghazaryan's order, Vahan Evinyan, the commander of the 1st police battalion of the Traffic Police, has been relieved of his position in accordance with his application.

By another order from the Chief of Police, Khachik Samvelyan has been dismissed from the position of head of the division for the investigation of road transport accidents and administrative procedures of the Traffic Police and, by another order from Vahe Ghazaryan, has been appointed as the commander of the 1st police battalion of the Traffic Police (Head of Yerevan Gai).
