Turkish-flagged Super Mushshak Training Aircraft Emerges in Pakistan

Last week, during testing, a Turkish-flagged MFI-17 Super Mushshak training and combat aircraft, produced by Pakistan Aeronautical Complex (PAC), was observed, according to razm.info. Turkey signed a contract for the purchase of these aircraft in 2017.

According to the Turkish website "Defence Turk," the aircraft are intended for training pilots of the Turkish Air Force's trainers. The Super Mushshak will replace the training aircraft T-41 and SF-260 in Turkey.

The first flight of the aircraft was scheduled for February 2020, with the first delivery expected in June of the same year, but no information regarding the deliveries has been made public until now. By the end of 2022, Turkey is set to receive a total of 52 aircraft.

It is noteworthy that Super Mushshak aircraft have been exported to more than 10 countries, including Azerbaijan.
