On February 11, the government approved an important document aimed at ensuring the education of children: the procedure for identifying and directing children who are not receiving mandatory education. This will allow us to identify those children who are not enrolled in any educational institution and take necessary actions through various departments.

We will also be able to continuously monitor all cases where children, despite being formally enrolled in school, are effectively out of education due to frequent absences, enrollment in home schooling without actual education, and other grounds.

The tool will operate on software, in an automated manner, based on inter-agency cooperation.
