Marukyan on Secret Agreement with Azerbaijan

“Therefore, we have substantial reasons to suspect that it might be the text of an agreement reached orally—possibly unsigned, or it's actually the signed text. It has been three days since this material has been circulating. So far, it has not been denied.

Moreover, there should also be an investigation into where that text came from in the media space. There is also a national security issue here,” said Marukyan.

The deputy reported that inquiries have been sent to the government, and they are awaiting a response.
