What Pashinyan and Aliyev Agreed Upon Regarding Syunik
The newspaper "Hraparak" reports: "Recently, former Prime Minister Hrant Bagratyan presented another secret document on his page, revealing another agreement made by the Armenian authorities regarding roads and borders in Syunik. This 'memorandum', concluded within the framework of the November 9 statement, contains specific coordinates and details that have not been published or presented to the public. Only by chance, due to the courtesy of a Russian sergeant serving in Syunik, did it come to the attention of the former Prime Minister and subsequently to our view.
Yesterday, after talking with the community leaders of Syunik, we learned that some were already aware of the mentioned 'secret' document. For instance, the mayor of Meghri, Mkhtiar Zakaryan, told us in a conversation that he had become familiar with the 'memorandum' through his 'friendly personal connections', and 'as it is confidential information, it is not officially provided,' he did not consider it appropriate to discuss it. The mayor claims he saw the document about a month ago, 'at the beginning of January'. His assessment was: 'The authorities keep everything as secret as possible... One couldn't even imagine this in a bad dream.'
Indeed, we find ourselves in such an absurd theater that if we wake up tomorrow to learn that the government is eating human flesh for lunch, we wouldn't be surprised. Just as we weren't surprised after reading the statement signed by the 'National Security Service Border Troops,' which prohibits the media from entering the Syunik region or covering various topics without the approval of the Armenian national security bodies. This is already part of Operation Arzruni-2, aimed at hiding information.
